Thank you for shopping with Scent of Ganges. We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse in New South Wales.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. As a general guide:

  • Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days

  • Regional and remote areas: approximately 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Where free shipping is offered, any applicable minimum order value or other conditions will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been collected or lodged with the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you with the carrier investigation where appropriate.

Please note that carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International shipping availability, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for eligible destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
